Lakeside Apartments Requirements

Thank you for your interest in our property.

Please review the following requirements carefully to see if you'd be a good fit for our small, quiet community. We've been family owned and managed since 1985 and highly regard our wonderful tenants and enjoy having them as our neighbors. Our high standards ensure we are able to maintain the incredible environment we treasure so much.

If you meet our requirements and would be interested in one of our properties, you can submit an application by following the link below. We very rarely have openings, but when we do, we start with those on our waiting list who have already submitted an application and have been pre-qualified.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Verifiable income must be 3 X the rental amount.

  • Good, verifiable references from previous landlords are required. Must have minimum of 2 year previous history.

  • Minimum of 1 year lease.

  • All occupants are Non-Smokers. This includes medical marijuana.

  • ONE qualified small dog per unit. Cats not accepted. (Temperament, size, age, and breed restrictions.)

  • All rental payments must be made through your bank's 'QuickPay’ service, such as Zelle, Pop Money, or ACH, etc.

ANY ONE OF THE FOLLOWING WILL DISQUALIFY YOU:

  • Conviction of a felony, or current pending case

  • Credit score below 650

  • Any previous eviction

  • Outstanding debt to a previous landlord
